  1. Cyflwyniad a Phwrpas y Gwasanaeth

Mae Grand Valley Dental yn darparu gofal deintyddol o ansawdd uchel, sy’n canolbwyntio ar y claf, i’r gymuned leol a’r ardaloedd cyfagos. Ein cenhadaeth yw darparu deintyddiaeth foesegol a chanologol ar atal mewn amgylchedd diogel, gofalgar a chynhwysol. Cynnal cydraddoldeb a pheidio â gwahaniaethu, gan sicrhau bod pob claf yn cael ei drin ag urddas a pharch.

Monitro, gwerthuso a gwella ansawdd gan ddefnyddio archwiliadau, asesiadau risg, adborth staff, adrodd digwyddiadau, prosesau diogelu ac adborth cleifion.

Grand Valley Dental provides high-quality, patient-centred dental care to the local community and surrounding areas. Our mission is to deliver ethical, preventive-focused dentistry in a safe, caring, and inclusive environment. The practice is committed to ensuring compliance with the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 and the Regulated Services (Service Providers and Responsible Individuals) (Wales) Regulations 2017.  These documents refer to social care.  Private dental practices and private direct access practices are registered with us as legally required by the Care Standards Act 2000The Registration of Private Dentistry (Wales) Regulations 2017 and The Private Dentistry (Wales) Regulations 2017

We aim to:

  • Provide treatment options transparently, ensuring patients are fully informed and involved in shared decision-making.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming environment free from discrimination.

Grand Valley Dental is committed to providing a high-quality service and ensuring patients feel able to raise concerns without fear of negative consequences.

Our Complaints Process:

  • Complaints may be made verbally or in writing.
  • All complaints are acknowledged within 2 working days.
  • Investigations aim to be completed within 4 weeks.
  • If delays occur, the patient is notified every 10 working days.
  • Findings are shared in writing, and a meeting is offered.
